Longtime record producer Jim Steinman – who helped pen hit songs for Meat Loaf, Bonnie Tyler and Celine Dion – has died at age 73, according to TMZ and Variety.

Steinman died Monday, the outlets reported.

Steinman worked on Meat Loaf's "Bat Out of Hell" album and produced numerous hit singles, including writing and producing Bonnie Tyler's chart-topper "Total Eclipse of the Heart."
